I found AMAZING value for money and a convenient location. The city center was easily accessible. Staff greeted us warmly and assisted with luggage immediately. We arrived early and the hotel offered us a good breakfast while they finished preparing our room.

Concierge assistance with parking proved useful. They secured spaces directly outside the building. housekeeping demonstrated efficiency during my nights count. the spa provided good hammam and massage services. i appreciated the indoor pool. It was very relaxing.

Inconsistent Service, Small Issues

The breakfast service was so slow! I had to leave without eating. No one paid attention. I called reception to check if I could pay for my taxi by credit card. They confirmed yes. When the taxi came, they said credit cards weren't accepted and argued that I never mentioned it. This was not a 5-star experience at all.

i found the staff very attentive and helpful. the location was superb, so close to everything. i got excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, within walking distance!
The breakfast service was slow. i had to leave one morning without eating because no one paid attention, it was quite frustrating! also, the roof terrace bar was closed throughout my stay. I didn't receive an explanation.
